Kale Chips are a staple snack in my house. It is so easy to bake and so healthy. Some people are so over kale, that they are missing out on its healing properties. Kale is a secret weapon against inflammation and chronic pain. Its anti-inflammatory compounds destroy viruses and promotes the production of healthy new tissue.

If you like pasta but you are part of the “calorie counting club” then this is the recipe for you. I am not a vegan but since I have to eat gluten free, I find that this “zucchini pasta” is filling, healthy and it feels just like you are eating a big bowl of pasta but without all the calories. It is incredibly easy to do, and you can have it as a main dish or as a side dish of your protein of choice
If I had the time, I would eat pancakes every day for breakfast. I came up with this gluten free recipe that it is easy to follow if you buy the already-mixed-gluten-free pancake flour. Instead of slicing the bananas and adding them while the pancake is on the grill pan, I mashed the banana and stirred it in the mix. The pancakes came out super fluffy!
One of my favorite smoothies to drink for breakfast or as an afternoon snack is a Raw Cacao Smoothie. Personally, I don’t like chocolate. You will never find chocolate bars in my kitchen. However, since I discovered raw cacao, I have been hooked. These are the two brands of raw chocolate bars that I like the most: Gnosis and Pacari (with spirulina or bananas)
